Privacy at aouie

Updated 19 October 2026

aouie Creative Corporation uses this service to manage pictorials and deliver photos to clients. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].

Information used by the service

Depending on your pictorial and account, aouie stores account and contact details, student or event information, photos and photo selections, orders, payment records, and messages. This information is used to verify access, organize your pictorial, fulfill orders, provide photo delivery, and assist with support.

Continue with Google

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, email verification status, and a stable Google account identifier. aouie uses these details to create or recognize your client account. This sign-in does not request access to your Google Drive files, Gmail messages, contacts, or Google password. Existing pictorial records require separate ownership verification before they can be linked.

Access and service providers

aouie uses AWS to run the application and database, and Cloudflare for DNS, website delivery, security, and private R2 file storage. Google processes sign-in requests when you choose Google sign-in. Authorized studio staff and clients with permission to the relevant pictorial can access records and photos through the service. Signing in does not by itself publish your photos.

Sessions and logs

The website uses session cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. Security and operational records can include IP addresses, sign-in attempts, file checksums, and access or delivery events. These support account security, reliable transfers, and troubleshooting.

Retention and your choices

Photo availability and retention depend on the studio's configured policy and your pictorial arrangements. Account, order, payment, security, and backup records may follow different retention periods. Contact support to request access, correction, account assistance, or deletion; aouie will verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. You can remove aouie's Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete your aouie account or pictorial records.
